In February 2007, after 14 years with Trammell Crow Company, Tanda Francis took the “leap” and formed Beacon Commercial Group, Ltd., a full service commercial real estate firm.

Lisa Heller, a 20+ year veteran of Trammell Crow Company, joined her in this venture. Per Webster’s dictionary, the definition of a beacon is to “provide guidance or inspiration with light.” The mission of this company is simple and clear – provide guidance to our clients with regard to commercial real estate.
